Shipping policy
Lakeside Gourmet online customers are able to choose between two different shipping carriers. Shipping is available through USPS or UPS. The following shipping options are available for each carrier:

- First Class Package
- Priority Select Ground
- Priority Mail
UPS - Domestic
- UPS Ground
- UPS Standard
Notifications & Tracking
Once an order is processed, customers will receive a notification, via email, which will include a tracking number. Customers can use that tracking number to track their shipment.
Once an order is shipped, customers should contact their carrier should any issue with shipping or delayed shipping occur.
Shipping delays may occur during busy seasons such as holidays or due to weather.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are set (in real-time) by the carrier.
Shipping Availability
Domestic Shipping is available to all 48 contiguous states in the United States. At this time, shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska, United States territories (such as Puerto Rico), Internationally (including Canada or Mexico), or APO / FPO's.
Third Party Regional Carriers
Lakeside Gourmet reserves the right to ship products via a third party regional carrier depending on shipping times and rates. If you are in the coverage area, Lakeside Gourmet may ship your product via Spee-Dee Delivery regardless of your choice of shipping carrier.
