Lakeside Gourmet Raspberry Roasted Red Pepper Jam
1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2" squares.
2. Press puff pastry squares into mini muffin tins.
3. Mix together 1/2 jar of Lakeside Gourmet Raspberry Roasted Red Pepper Jam and 8oz of softened cream cheese.
4. Pipe about 1/2 - 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture into each puff pastry shell.
5. Bake at 350° F for about 10 minutes.
6. Let cool.
7. Top each pastry with an additional dollop of Lakeside Gourmet Raspberry Roasted Red Pepper Jam and serve.
