1 pkg Frozen Puff Pastry (17 1/4 ounces)
1/2 Brie Cheese (thawed)
1 Jar Lakeside Gourmet Cranberry Lemon & Serrano Pepper Jam
Preheat Oven to 375 °F
1. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry sheets into approximately 3 inch by 3 inch squares. Press each square into a muffin cavity.
2. Cube the Brie Cheese - about a 3/4 inch cube for each (you may have a little cheese left over). Place a cube of Brie Cheese in the center of each puff pastry square.
3. Top the Brie Cheese with a dollop (about 2 tsp) of Lakeside Gourmet Cranberry Lemon & Serrano Pepper Jam.
4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until puff pastry corners are toasted lightly brown.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
